| A note on availability: If you are planning a vacation to the beautiful Flathead Valley and Glacier National Park anytime between June 2006 to October 2006, time is of the essence to ensure you get your first choice in accommodations. In 2005, Glacier National Park had over two million visitors between the months of May and October. Lodging in the Flathead Valley is limited so planning in advance is recommended. We are ideally located 30 minutes from the West Entrance to Glacier National Park and minutes from the towns of Whitefish, Kalispell and Columbia Falls. In the KM Ranch Valley close to Whitefish, Montana, you will think you have died and gone to heaven. Here at our ranch with its luxurious cabins or at the cabins in the woods, you will find the scenery so beautiful that you will want to burn every eyeful into your soul. Our guests say that to be a guest here at Gaynor's is to be given the greatest gift that Montana has to offer – a chance to revive your spirit and reinvent your life through awe and adventure, comfort and beauty.
That is what RiverBend Ranch visionaries Don and Nancy Gaynor did for themselves and now do for others. It’s a dream that has given the Gaynor's a new lease on life. Gaynor Ranch is a dream come true in so many ways. It’s hard to say where and when the dream starts for guests.

As you sit out on the deck, you will hear the geese passing overhead in the mornings, you will see the deer coming down to drink and an occasional beaver popping its head up in the river. The echo of dogs barking – our canine protectors and wagging friends, Tucker, Princess, Red, Kokanee and Karona run off the occasional bear or mountain lion from the trails. The eagle soars overhead offering us protection sent from the Creator. Rain pelting down on the tin roofs as you snuggle up (or together) in a down comforter.
You will wake up from your dream the last morning and tell yourself to take one more good long look before you have to leave and as we have said before, we witness the tears as you say so long –

PET POLICIES
We are delighted to have you and your pet visit one of our vacation rental
homes. The following guidelines are designed to ensure the best vacation
ever for you and your pet. If you wish to travel with your pet, Gaynor Property Management
must be informed in advance. Your pet(s) must be registered with us and may only come
along if you are staying in a pet-friendly home. Otherwise please
leave your pets at home. We welcome dogs only, all other pets may be
considered on a case-by-case basis. In order to assure your and your pet’s
comfort as well as the comfort of the neighbors of the Gaynor Vacation
Rental you are staying in, we have provided the following information for
you and your pet:
PET RENT: We charge $20 pet rent (+ tax) per night for the 1st pet & $10
pet rent (+ tax) per night for each additional pet. This charge is
included in the total charges on your reservation letter. This charge
assists us in performing the additional housekeeping & maintenance duties
necessary to ensure the home is cleaned and prepared properly for the next
guest. You will be billed for any cleaning or repair expenses above and
beyond normal.
PET CONTROL: Do not allow your dog to bark, growl or in any other way
intimidate or harm other people who are in the area.
PETS IN THE HOME: Unfamiliar surroundings and noises may cause your pet(s)
some discomfort. With this in mind, we are resolute in requesting that
your pet(s) may never be left alone in the vacation rental home or yard
for any reason or for any length of time. Should your pet(s) be left alone
and create a disturbance, we may have to contact the appropriate
authorities to remove the pet(s). Any costs to retrieve the pet(s) are the
responsibility of the pet owner.
PET CLEAN-UP: Bring your pooper-scooper with you. No one ever gets a break
from that! Make sure there are no messes left in the yard or neighborhood
of the vacation rental you are staying in.
PET BED: Do not allow your pet(s) on the furniture or beds. It is very
difficult to clean and remove pet hair. Bring your pet’s favorite bed or
blanket for it to lie on.
PET ACCIDENTS: Please inform us immediately if your pet has an accident so
that we can attend to it immediately.
We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these important Pet
Policies. Enjoy your visit with your pet!
